Tina Sweet

My Name is Tina Sweet. I am a real estate broker working with buyers and sellers, here in the great state of Washington.  

I have spent the last 25 years working with a multi-cultural company traveling the United States helping others and meeting so many wonderful families. It has been being in a  business where you are constantly helping others fulfill their dreams, overcoming obstacles, and cutting thru red tape to get things done, that inspired me to fulfill my dream own dream of becoming a real estate agent. When the COVID 19 epidemic hit our great country and effected so many companies such as the one I worked for, I knew it was time to get my real estate license and continue my personal passion in a different avenue. In spring of 2020, I got my real estate license and am thrilled at the opportunity to help others obtain their dream of buying a new home or selling the one you are in now.

As a Washington native, and an attentive real estate professional, I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and I strive every day to exceed their expectations. My top priority is to make my clients happy. 

I listen to my clients wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction and I strive to ensure that the home buying or selling process is as easy and stress-free as possible So, one of the most important things to me, is providing excellent service to buyers and sellers to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business.

When I am not assisting my real estate clients, you will usually find me enjoying time with my family and close friends. I have a strong sense of family and loyalty and that is where I place my value and most of my time.
