The VA Loan is a Government backed loan that allows a Veteran and their spouse to purchase a home with no down payment and allows for lower credit score. This is the best program for Military families.
FHA Loans are Government backed loans that help people with lower credit scores purchase a home. FHA requires a 3.5% down payment but allows for lower credit scores.
USDA Loans are also a Government backed program that allows you to purchase a home with no down payment and a lower credit score. However, there is an income limitation and requires property to be in certain areas.
